Photo credit: GIS NewsThe importance of vector control in the environment will be highlighted later this morning during March in the streets of Roseau this morning by students from various schools on the island.Chief Environmental Health Officer Anthony Scotland said the march will focus on the eradication of mosquitoes, flies, rats and cockroaches.“We have 500 pupils from the Roseau Health district, including about 15 schools coming to Roseau to march through the streets. The kids have made their posters, they are all excited about coming to that march,” he said.Scotland said Dominicans should continue to maintain their sanitation.The march begins at 10am, proceeds through Independence Street and culminates at the Riverside Arch.Several addresses are expected.Dominica Vibes News Sharelast_img
