Guests from Austria accounted for 41% of arrivals and 38% of overnight stays. Guests from the Czech Republic realized 86% of arrivals and 72% of overnight stays, while guests from Italy realized 35% of arrivals and 32% of overnight stays.   After the presentation of the director of the Tourist Board, the members of the Assembly unanimously and without objections accepted the new Statute of the Tourist Board of the City of Poreč. He noted that all costs that do not necessarily need to be deducted and that maximum savings were made wherever possible.   Under the item miscellaneous, the director of the Tourist Board Nenad Velenik presented the realization of tourist traffic in the past period.  Velenik mentioned that 01.06.2020. The law stipulates that existing tourist boards are obliged to harmonize their acts and organization with the provisions of the Act within ten months from the date of entry into force of the Act, which means until 31.10.2020. Camps accounted for 64% of last year’s overnight stays, while non-commercial accommodation accounted for 65%.  In order to ensure a unified approach of tourist boards in the drafting of new statutes, as the basic acts of tourist boards, the Ministry of Tourism submitted a draft statute to tourist boards. The draft statute prepared according to the guidelines of the Ministry of Tourism was determined at the session of the Tourist Council, after which the consent of the Ministry of Tourism was requested. The Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Croatia issued a consent to the proposal of the Statute of the Tourist Board of the City of Poreč on 22.07.2020. years.  The new law prescribes the obligations of local self-government that contribute to the development of tourism, and given that some activities related to the development of tourism cannot be fully transferred to the tourist community, because their implementation simultaneously contributes to the well-being of residents and general economic development. In the structure of overnight stays, the most realized guests were from Germany with 187.955 overnight stays (42%) and 26.240 arrivals (44%), followed by guests from Slovenia with 89.631 overnight stays (47%) and 15.988 arrivals (42%). In the mentioned period, guests from Austria realized 70.989 overnight stays (22%) and 13.482 arrivals (20%). In fourth place is the domestic market, which records 37.897 overnight stays (44%) and 8.443 arrivals (30%). Guests from the Czech Republic are in fifth place with 29.510 overnight stays (54%) and 4.963 arrivals (57%). In sixth place are guests from Italy with 27.077 overnight stays (23%) and 6.568 arrivals (22%).  On Tuesday, July 28, in the Association of Craftsmen in Poreč, the 7th assembly of the Tourist Board of the City of Poreč was held, at which the new Statute of the Tourist Board of the City of Poreč.
